Week 1 proved to be more of a primer than a challenge when Baltimore decimated the Buffalo Bills. But how will the Ravens fair in their first road test and divisional game? The Baltimore Beatdown staff forecasts how tonight’s edition of Thursday Night Football will shake out. Sage’s predictions:Only one member of the new receiver trio will score a touchdown. In a dominant performance over the Bills Cheap Joe Flacco Jersey , John Brown, Michael Crabtree and Willie Snead IV all scored in their debuts. However, on a short week against a divisional opponent on the road, only one of the new additions will have an encore performance in the end zone. The Baltimore defense gets far less pressure on the quarterback.Compared to an inexperienced Nathan Peterman, Andy Dalton will be much better at evading sacks. Expect the Ravens to fall significantly short of their six sack total against the Bills in Week 1. Janarion Grant shakes off his first game jitters. As an undrafted rookie, Grant displayed both flashes of brilliance with a 51-yard punt return and moments of ineptitude when he fumbled. With the nerves and anticipation of his first regular season appearance behind him, Grant will show more consistency as a returner in Cincinnati if his hand injury does not keep him off the field. Vasilis’ predictions:James Hurst will allow three sacks. The Bengals stable of potent pass rushers will attack an untested Hurst. Rookie Orlando Brown Jr. will become the starting right tackle sooner rather than later.Buck Allen will eclipse 100 yards from scrimmage. After Alex Collins’ fumble and Kenneth Dixon’s injury, Allen is in line for an increased workload. Buck will make the most of the opportunity and have a big impact in the short passing game.Tyler Eifert will record 10 catches. As the Ravens stack the box to shut down Cincinnati’s rushing attack, Eifert will serve as Andy Dalton’s outlet valve. Baltimore still does not have the personnel to effectively cover dynamic tight ends. Dustin’s predictions:Lamar Jackson scores a touchdown.Against the Bills, we saw several different packages featuring Lamar Jackson. While none were particularly successful http://www.ravenscheapshops.com/cheap-authentic-tony-jefferson-jersey , opposing teams now know they must game plan for him now. Jackson will once again have a role in this game, and this time he will score a rushing touchdown in the red zone. A.J. Green will be shutdown. Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green has given the Ravens fits for years. However, Green was virtually a non-factor in both games against Baltimore last season. This was in thanks to the excellent play from cornerbacks Jimmy Smith and Marlon Humphrey. Although Smith is currently suspended, Humphrey will once again step up to the task and limit Green to under 30 receiving yards.Joe Flacco will not throw an interception. Flacco started the season with a dominant performance over Buffalo last Sunday, throwing for three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Flacco looks confident and poised in the pocket right now, which will be on full display against Cincinnati. Flacco’s decision making was impeccable in Week 1 and that will continue this week. While he will not throw for three touchdowns again, Flacco will protect the ball and manage the game well.Training camp 7/31: Joe Flacco produces a big day with new batch of receivers Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco had a great practice on Tuesday, throwing a 35-yard strike to Michael Crabtree, hitting Chris Moore in stride on a crossing route and throwing a deep pass to John Brown. Flacco also had a very good back shoulder throw to tight end Vince Mayle, an over-the-shoulder touchdown pass to running back Gus Edwards and continued to build his rapport with Willie Snead IV.Tight end Hayden Hurst made another stride in the passing offense Cheap Mark Andrews Jersey , catching a pass across the middle for a 10-yard gain and displaying his ability to cut up-field in another pass from Flacco. Hurst has often worked on the side with the quarterbacks, while the other tight ends have been involved in special teams.Orlando Brown Jr. has all but won the right tackle position at this point. He looks fluid in his movement and looks to be in very solid shape. Also making a mark is offensive lineman Alex Lewis, who’s versatility has been his strong suit. On Tuesday, he made snaps at center and moved back to left guard. Often times, Flacco receives snaps better from taller centers. His tallest centers all stood at 6’4, which included Matt Birk, Jeremy Zuttah and Ryan Jensen. With Lewis standing at 6-foot-6, he would be the tallest center that Flacco has had in his career. Flacco wasn’t the only quarterback that had a strong practice, as Lamar Jackson, Robert Griffin III and Josh Woodrum all made great throws at certain points throughout practice. Jackson and Jordan Lasley hooked up downfield. Woodrum had a perfect touchdown pass to a diving Tim White. Griffin III also threw a bullet touchdown pass to Alex Collins http://www.ravenscheapshops.com/cheap-authentic-willie-snead-iv-jersey , who toe tapped in the corner of the endzone. Almost making the catch of the day was tight end Nick Keizer. Keizer was being jammed at the line by linebacker Patrick Onwuasor and broke away. While diving for a ball thrown by Woodrum, Keizer nearly made a one-handed grab while diving. After having a strong practice on Monday, cornerback Marlon Humphrey seemed to be picked on again today. However, he made a few plays to deflect passes thrown in Crabtree’s direction. The two often battled for the football and as the old saying goes, “iron sharpens iron.” Humphrey is a second-year corner and playing against veterans like Crabtree, Brown and Snead IV in practice could sharpen his game.Undrafted running back Mark Thompson had another good day in pass protection, picking up multiple blitzes. He would trickle out of the backfield to make a grab as well. Thompson is currently competing with Edwards and De’Lance Turner for a potential third down back role, with the absence of Kenneth Dixon.INACTIVE: RB Kenneth Dixon, TE Mark Andrews, T Greg Senat Cheap Hayden Hurst Jersey , DB Kai Nacua, LB Tyus BowserPUP: WR Quincy Adeboyejo, OG Marshal Yanda, CB Jaylen Hill, LB Bam BradleyRETURNED TO PRACTICE: S Tony Jefferson, CB Maurice Canady, OL Randin CreceliusLEFT EARLY: Jefferson left practice early for precautionary reasons
